A trending video has raised mixed reactions among netizens after a conductor slapped a lady who was complaining about not being dropped off. The incident happened along Thika road.
In the trending clip, the tout is seen dragging the lady by her white blouse before slapping her.The conductor is seen disappearing when onlookers and passers -by went for her rescue. He is seen running frantically behind a blue “matatu” and disappeared among people.
